Dynamic Web Project

• Open Eclipse and navigate to Help → Install New Software.

• In the Work with field, enter

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen

If you are using a different Eclipse version (e.g., Neon), replace oxygen with neon.

• Expand the checkbox labeled Web, XML, Java EE, and OSGi Enterprise Development.

• Review the selected items and click Next.
• In the Review License dialog box, accept the license agreement and click Finish.

1. Once the installation is complete, restart Eclipse.
2. Then, go to File → New → Other → Web, and you should see the Dynamic Web Project option available.
